1. Eligibility

Gingerr is available only to users who meet the minimum legal age and jurisdiction requirements configured by the operator. By using the platform you confirm that you meet the requirements applicable to your location.

2. Pool-based Questions

Questions on Gingerr are pool-based: live Calls are grouped into Yes and No sides, and when the result drops the winning side is distributed pro-rata among winners after a 10% platform fee. Calls do not represent probabilities, securities, or any form of investment contract.

3. Wallet & Payments

Deposits and withdrawals are reviewed through the platform's approved P2P/manual finance process. Every credit and debit is recorded in an immutable ledger that you can review at any time.

4. Responsible Play

Live calls involve risk. Never put up more than you can afford to lose. See our Responsible Play policy for tools and support.

5. Closed Beta

The platform is currently in closed beta. Access is invite-only and certain features are subject to change.
